2. Booking and Payments
By booking a cleaning service with KleenKare, you agree to pay the quoted price. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are only provided if the service is not completed as agreed.
4. Liability
KleenKare is not liable for any damage or loss to property during the cleaning process, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
